What best describes a company is the work it's doing right now. Today we have six ventures and three product lines; none of them is work done for a fee — all of them are our own business, work we've put our own effort and investment into.
The historical list is below as well. Most of the work there isn't big enough to describe one by one; but all together, it shows what we've been doing since 2005.

Market intelligence for malls and retail: which brand opened where, which closed where, which region is saturated. Started as MallSpotter in 2021; Mallytics is its new version with an added AI layer. Rolling out city by city.

A platform built for RV listings and rentals. Development is ongoing, getting ready to launch.

Parking and valet service for individual drivers in malls and similar shared parking areas. The hardware side is ready, the service side is in development.

A system that ties cleaning and supply management in high-traffic facilities to sensor data. Hardware and software are being developed together.

A lock and barrier system developed for parking spaces. Its patent and utility model have been granted; two projects are being built on top of it.
v4 cloud version in development
A system bringing a mall's data, reporting, and management side together in one structure. Started in 2008 as AvmYönSis, used at five malls; the first three versions were desktop, v4 is moving to the cloud.
Both are our own programs: one has a process underway, the other has two projects built on top of a finished R&D effort.
Development ongoing
In high-traffic facilities, cleaning and supply management still run on a fixed schedule. Periodic cleaning that ignores actual usage, supplies with no way to know when they'll run out, and no numerical data at all on how much a given area gets used — together, these three produce both wasted labor and delayed intervention.
IQ Fresco ties that decision to sensor data collected in the field. Early feasibility was built on four questions: can a usage event be inferred from changes in air quality, can supply levels be tracked remotely with a distance sensor, can entry and exit direction be distinguished at a doorway, and can the data be carried wirelessly to a central point.
The R&D process has been launched and is underway through an application to the TÜBİTAK 1507 SME R&D Start-Up Support Program.

NevoLock is a lock and barrier system developed for parking spaces. Hardware, embedded software, and the cloud side were run together; the TÜBİTAK 1507 project closed successfully on 26.06.2018. A patent, a utility model, and a trademark registration stand behind it.
As of late 2025 and early 2026, two projects are running on the same hardware. In FastyPark, the lock is part of a service; the driver finds their spot in the mall parking lot, and revenue comes from usage and corporate agreements. ParkTrink sells or rents the device directly, with its customer being a site management company or a homeowner. The embedded software and cloud side are the same in both; what differs is the market and the business model.

A system bringing a mall's data, reporting, and management side together in one structure. Its first version went live at Panora AVM in 2008. Before the corporate brand was applied, it was called AvmYönSis; that period still leaves a trace on the invoices.
The system wasn't a single piece — it ran modular: information screen, prize draw management and SMS entry, cross-record analysis, concert seat selection. Modules were sold separately, and were rented too, as with Atlantis AVM.
The first three versions were desktop applications. With v4 the system is moving to the cloud: the same operating model is shifting to a structure that runs from a browser. It runs on our own development framework, so continuing the line is a version upgrade, not a rewrite.
